Fermented with a fruit forward thiolized yeast from Omega Yeast (the same used in Meaningful Work), and loaded with Mosaic and Nelson in multiple forms, from hot side additions to an aggressive dry hop. The result is a tropical, citrus packed explosion with notes of dank passionfruit, juicy grapefruit, ripe guava, fresh melon, and clementine.
